Martin S. Kollie, is the current Director General of the National Lottery Authority of Liberia, the government regulatory agency responsible for the gaming sector in Liberia . As head of entity, he is in charge and to ensure that operations of games of chance are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia and do not adversely impact the social-economic fabric of the country. Under his leadership, the National Lottery Authority Acts of 2014 was created or established by an Act of Legislature on March 6, 2015 with the statutory authority to regulate all games of chance with in the Republic of Liberia.
