Charles Kamara, Managing Director, Sierra Leone State Lottery Company Mr. Charles Sulson Kamara is currently the Managing Director of the Sierra Leone State Lottery Company Limited, after being the Deputy Managing Director from 2010 to 2012. He has sixteen years of international management and professional experience working with various organizations in the United Kingdom. Mr. Kamara is a Fellow and a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the United Kingdom since 2012. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Human Resources Management, from the Atlantic International University, USA and a BA (Hons) degree in Operations Management, from Greenwich University in the United Kingdom; post graduate training certificates in “Managing for Managers” from the Directory of Social Change in the UK, and Master Classes in “Strategic Leadership for Challenging Times” and “Strategic Organizational Leadership” from British Council, Sierra Leone. He has a wealth of both local and international experience in professional marketing, sales, strategic leadership and management. In 2017, Mr. Kamara participated as a guest speaker in the Sports Betting West Africa summit in Nigeria.
